Workforce Healthcare provides occupational health risk assessment services to small and large companies across South Africa, helping ensure the well-being and safety of employees in the workplace. Occupational healthcare is designed to protect employees from acquiring an occupational related disease or injury, a requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Protect your business through data-driven health risk assessment

Maintaining a safe, productive, and legally compliant workplace starts with understanding the health risks your employees face. The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and the Mine Health and Safety Act require employers to identify workplace hazards, conduct health risk assessments, and implement appropriate medical surveillance programmes for employees exposed to occupational risks.

At Workforce Healthcare, we provide comprehensive occupational health risk assessment and medical surveillance services to businesses across South Africa. From hazard identification and baseline medical examinations to ongoing health monitoring and exit medicals, our registered Occupational Health Practitioners deliver end-to-end solutions that help you protect your employees, meet your legal obligations, and stay prepared for regulatory audits.
