Health risk assessments

Your work environment and processes are inspected by our Health and Safety Coordinators, Hygienists and Medical Practitioners. Our team will identify risks and make recommendations to keep your workforce safe and protected.

Medical surveillance

Based on the output of the Health Risk Assessment, an Occupational Healthcare programme will be put in place to ensure:

Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act;
Employees are protected from acquiring an Occupational disease or injury;
The protected health of employees who are exposed to certain hazards such as high noise levels, hazardous chemicals etc.
Support for employees who perform specific work tasks which require a certain degree of health and fitness to assure employee and public health and safety e.g. respirator use, driving commercial vehicles.

Emergency care

Emergency care is provided by our Occupational Healthcare nurse following a written protocol from the company medical officer. Medical stock will include emergency drugs and equipment.

Absenteeism management

This includes managing, monitoring, reporting and analysing absenteeism trends, as well as managing any intervention in the case of excessive sick leave from one employee. Other services include:
