Inherent requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cleaner
- Clean offices and clinic daily as per cleaning schedule
- Adhere to infection control protocols, including sanitizing all areas and equipment
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organized storeroom
- Perform special or deep cleaning task as required
- Clean each mobile unit after every use and upon its return to the branch
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables; report shortages to the Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure waste boxes and sharps containers are removed from mobile clinics timeously and prepared for monthly or as-needed collection
- Report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues to the Manager
- Clean, restock, and maintain designated facility area, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and ceiling vent maintenance
- Conduct and record routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness of the yard and garden, including watering plants and performing other related tasks
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Regional Manager
